• Coffee Cart quote details, such as organization, event date, location, service needs, and comments.
• Newsletter signup details, including name, email address, consent date, and subscription status.
• The page from which a form was submitted and security-verification results used to prevent spam and abuse.

Our hosting and security providers may also process standard technical information, such as IP address, browser information, request time, and security signals, to operate and protect the site. Seesaw does not use this website for behavioral advertising.

Services that help operate this website

We use service providers only as needed to run the website and respond to requests. These currently include Supabase for operational records and media storage, Railway for application hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, Resend for form-confirmation and staff-notification email, and Mailchimp for newsletter subscriptions and delivery.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where a provider operates.

Newsletter choices

A website newsletter request is sent to Mailchimp as pending until you confirm it through the email Mailchimp sends. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter. We keep a limited local record of the request and provider status so we can reconcile consent and troubleshoot delivery.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, organizational recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

This website is intended to describe services for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Your choices and requests
